BrandFix Privacy Policy
BrandFix is an enterprise field-operations platform. We process account identity, contact details, organization and store information, service requests, job-card activity, approvals, uploaded documents, site photographs, location evidence, and operational audit events to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, route work, execute and audit operations, support commercial approvals, provide reports, prevent abuse, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Storage and sharing
Access is restricted by organization, role, and operational scope. Data is shared only with authorized users, contracted service providers, or authorities where legally required.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion requests deactivate access immediately. Operational and financial records may be retained where required for audit, contract, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized according to the applicable retention policy.
Your choices
You can reset your password and request account deletion from Profile & Settings inside the BrandFix app. You can also review deletion instructions at Account Deletion.
